On September 20, 2022, CROCUS hosted a day-long hybrid conference on the short-term, medium-term, and long-term impacts of Tulsa’s universal pre-K program. It featured remarks from two dozen speakers (professors, school officials and government officials, program administrators) from Washington, D.C., Oklahoma, and several other states, plus a discussion of Colorado’s new universal pre-K program with Gov. Jared Polis (D.-Colo.).
